Repairing an air conditioning unit requires just as much attention to detail as when installing it. Customers don’t want pay to have their air conditioner repaired to find themselves having to call back for additional repairs which should have been rectified on the first visit. Pionair guarantees to minimize this problem for their clients by checking all major air conditioning components even after a fault has been identified to prevent call backs and prevent any further unexpected costs upon rectification.

Cost

At Pionair Services Pty. Ltd. we pride ourselves on delivering the best possible service for the best possible price. For a low call out fee of $127.50+GST we will attend to your home to diagnose your air conditioning fault this call out fee includes the first half an hour of labour and in 90% of cases is more than enough time to figure out what’s wrong. If the fault is easily rectified and does not require any parts we will repair the issue on the spot at no extra charge. Any additional labour is charged at $21.25+GST per 15 minute block. If uncommon parts have to be ordered from the manufacturer you will be given a quote on site to repair the unit by one of our highly skilled technicians.

Sometimes for older units it is more cost effective and economical to have the unit replaced. In such case, an obligation free quote for the replacement of the unit will be provided. If you decide to use us for the replacement we will provide you with an exceptional service and the initial diagnosis charge will be waived.
